Biofilms are protective encasements formed by microorganisms making them highly resistant to antimicrobials. Ther-Biotic® InterFase® Plus is a unique enzyme formulation designed to break up the biofilm matrix that embeds the GI organisms along with EDTA to bind biofilm-forming metals.

Made without most common allergens: milk/casein, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat/gluten, soybeans and sesame. No synthetic colors or flavors. Non-GMO

Adults: Depending on age and size, take 2 capsules, 1 to 4 times daily between meals or as directed by a healthcare professional. Should be taken away from meals to maximize the enzyme effects. Children: As directed by a healthcare professional.

Eligibility for Returns

• Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Condition: Products must be unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

1. Initiate a Return: Email our Customer Success team (info@mypuremarket.com) to inform us of your intent to return and receive a return authorization.
2. Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us. We do not provide pre-paid return labels or call tags.
3. Shipping Address: Please ensure the product is securely packaged and sent to the return address provided during your return authorization process.

Refunds

• Once the returned product is received and inspected by our receiving department to confirm it meets the return criteria (unopened and undamaged), a refund will be issued.
• Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.

Non-Refundable Conditions

• Products that are opened, damaged, or not in their original packaging.
• Products returned beyond the 30-day window.
